The Role

This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we need a Recruiter to help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.

They will deliver excellent service to our candidates and ensure our public image in the market is strong and positive, maintaining a 4.5 rating on Glassdoor.

You will also:

  • Build strong, effective relationships within HR, hiring managers, recruitment agencies where necessary and Talos.
  • Work closely with managers to arrange interviews and ensure candidates are confirmed and fully briefed before attending interviews.
  • Attend interviews with managers and conduct telephone screening and competency-based interviews as required.
  • Ensure all candidates are assessed against the competency framework and team capability framework, during the recruitment process and that someone from HR has met every candidate before an offer is made.
  • Recruit primarily using direct recruitment methods and successfully deliver on high-volume recruitment requirements.
  • Own, deliver and manage the internal and external recruitment strategy.
  • Train managers in the use of Talos to ensure they get the most out of the system and ensure it is fully implemented and embedded in the business.
  • Provide recruitment data and insights to be used for ExCo reporting.
