The Role

the Financial Reporting Manager is to effectively manage, lead and develop the team. Proactively deliver on all Management and Statutory accounts, within the deadlines required. Work efficiently with external auditors for clean annual audit sign-offs on the annual reports. Ensure a robust controls environment and maintaining a clean Balance Sheet. Leverage technology to develop and gain operational excellence to implement a more efficient reporting environment. Aid the Head of Accounting and CFO in decision making and for technical expertise.

A financial service background would be beneficial to your application, in particular in the area of lending to individuals or SMEs.
