The Role

As a Senior Digital Consultant, you’ll lead and support a dynamic team, ensuring our digital products and services deliver exceptional value. You’ll be the go-to expert for internal and external stakeholders, managing escalations, driving process improvements, and championing digital adoption across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support digital initiatives and service delivery
• Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and internal teams
• Manage and improve digital processes and service levels
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and drive innovation
• Represent the Digital team in meetings and projects
• Promote best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Support and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture

What You’ll Bring

Required:

• Proven experience in a client-focused, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a high level of integrity
• Strong understanding of digital operations and processes

Preferred:

• Experience in the insurance or premium finance sector
• Previous leadership or team management experience
• Background in technical support roles

• Salary up to £42000 dependant on experience
