The Role

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Team Leader, you’ll support the development of procedures and methods to evaluate the effectiveness of controls across Premium Credit.
- You’ll understand operational processes and procedures as well as the risk and control points.
- You’ll perform effectiveness testing and assist in the annual adequacy review process.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of testing of testing procedures, you will ensure appropriate documentation is in place and that testing scripts are relevant and accurate
- Monitor industry updates to guarantee testing remains effective
- Develop and maintain relationships across teams and functional departments
- Contribute to reporting and meeting to ensure that clear and valuable information is provided.

- It would be beneficial if you have an understanding of risk and control management as well as experience within the financial services industry.
