Hi, I’m Helen, the HR Services Partner in the HR Team at Premium Credit. I support my colleagues with all things related to our HR systems, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. Whether it’s resolving a technical issue or helping improve how we work, I’m here to make life easier for the team.

Beyond my day-to-day role, I’m proud to be part of our Menopause Network, an ally to the Neurodiversity Network, and a Mental Health First Aider. I genuinely care about colleague wellbeing and believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels safe, heard, and valued. Sometimes it’s the smallest conversations that make the biggest difference—and I’m always happy to lend an ear, share a coffee, or help someone take that first step toward support.
